You are correct steve86. The likelihood that any member of the US Military becomes infected is remote at best...Even if some in the military become infected, with the exception of the mess hall, barracks and the daily exercise area there would not really be a chance that they could spread the disease to others...wait, what?

You are describing a typical contagion scenario for influenza or other casually transmissible pathogens, not Ebola.
