I just heard them say you could probably come down with it past the 21 days. Truth is they don't really know.
I'm kind of mathematically inclined. I saw a probability distribution of onset versus time. Maybe it's inaccurate, but it looked like 85 to 90% (not 99!) of the infections occurred before 21 days, with most between 10 and 15 days.
