I question these people who check into the hospital and are cleared within hours. Were they really cleared and released? Or did they just report they were cleared and they’re still in the hospital? If I have to choose I’ll choose the later.

They are not getting an ebola test back in hours. The “released after several hours” is no different than Duncan being released from the ER the first time he showed up.
If you don’t look for the virus, you won’t find it.
