The airline confirmed to ABC News that the man was their medical protocol supervisor who was purposefully not wearing protective gear.
"Our medical professionals in the biohazard suits have limited vision and mobility and it is the protocol supervisors job to watch each person carefully and give them verbal directions to insure no close contact protocols are violated," a spokesperson from Phoenix Air told ABC News said.

A Yale University student who recently returned from Liberia has been admitted to Yale-New Haven Hospital to be evaluated for Ebola-like symptoms, according to officials from New Haven Mayor Toni Harp’s office and Yale-New Haven Hospital.
And handled waste of some kind.

“”There is absolutely no problem with this and in fact insures an even higher level of safety for all involved,” the spokesperson said.”

It is an art. Sometimes I tried so hard to appear busy, that I actually got things done!
I want to know hat happened to the gurney.
Used for the next person?
Hope it was thoroughly disinfected.
But that would take common sense.
