Fricking turncoat. Never would endorse Ollie North either, and had a third party candidate run to give the seat to the Rats.

John Warner was born a Republican.

But he never was a Republican. He was Republican in name only, and has been endorsing democrats for many years. He usually would say the Republican was “too conservative,” as if there can be such a thing. But Ed Gillespie is a typical moderate national Republican, and John Warner can’t even endorse him?

When Mark Warner ran for US Senate against John Warner, I fully expected John Warner to endorse him.

The one quote I always remember about John Warner is that Liz Taylor screwed his brains out and he never found them again afterward.

This is the same Warner who REFUSED to support Oliver North after he won the primary. And we are asked to throw ourselves on the train tracks for any lefty with an R.

I have to say I am surprised to see a Republican endorse the candidacy of a Democrat. Election time is usually the only time we can tell the difference between the two parties.

Someone remind me again why I’m just supposed to mindlessly pull the lever for Republicans in November.

Non-Democrat Senate majority imperative

Great endorsement from one of Elizabeth Taylor’s 7 husbands, 8 if you are counting Burton twice.
