I preferred the Arugula and Wagyu Beef, but the organic kale and mineral water were nice also.

I'm glad you enjoyed the beef, but my conscience just wouldn't allow me to partake of that animal flesh (shudders).

I’m printing out my certificate for that big ole Texas sized hug right now, to be presented in person at Memorial Shoot #10. ;-)

Excellent. Might even get you in on a two-for-one offer :-)

It bothered me too, so I hugged a few trees on my way to the table.

Know for positive am going to pass right by Saint Peter now. Am making a list. Pen's Tater Salad and BaconMan's Bacon Candy. Carrying these two secrets to Heaven and I'm a shoooo in.

Aww I was planning to bribe St Peter with pig candy. It's probably the only way I'll make it in.

I did not realize till your post Buckeye that Hap was involved with Bacon Man in the Pig Candy enterprise. I'm addicted. Great Candy for the mind, body and soul. Thanks Hap! Thanks Bacon Man!

Thanks, and my pleasure! Yes, Hap is the official pig candy taste tester. A position she guards, jealously.

Bacon Man, when are you going to retire Hap? I want Hap’s job. I can pass the background check! I’m a Great Taste Tester. Have years of experience. On second thought ... Fire Hap! I’m available.

The position of taste tester has to be won, in a series of grueling contests, each more daunting than the last, while the fight music from the original Star Trek trumpets loudly in the background. Hap has never been bested, since she won the position from Big Phil McKrakken, back in 94.

There is very little which cannot be made more epic with fight music from the original Star Trek.

Yep. But it was extremely funny for those that were in the golf car. Heck, I even got a chuckle or two out of onyx.

Thanks everyone for the great pics of the shoot!

I wanted to be there so badly!
I could not have had a worse run of luck health wise than I had that whole week.
As if the pneumonia/bronchitis wasn’t bad enough, it capped off with a sinus infection, and a few days later, the stomach bug from HELL.

I puked hard enough to put The Exorcist to shame.
Now that I am on the mend, it is time to head back to work on Thursday.
Hopefully, better days are coming!

I am very happy to see that those that made it had such a nice time!
Well, there’s always next year!
