I have worked in the medical field for 38 years. While I do not condone the actions of this woman for killing annoying patients... I can certainly understand it!
History has multiple examples of serial killers going into the medical profession.
While the woman is a monster I do find the laxative bit appealing.
I find quite a few people annoying but I have not yet reached 38.
I know of a similar low empathy sociopath in the care profession. I believe she moved to Florida to work the 0bamacare Death Panel Enforcement Division. For a sociopath looking to prey upon and harm those that can not defend themselves to land a job in a Florida nursing home... well I imagine they would be happier than a faggot in Boys Town.
