Once upon a time, a homosexual couple’s only desire was the right to have sex in the privacy of their own bedroom. To achieve that desire, Lamba Legal (with support from the ACLU) filed a lawsuit, Lawrence v. Texas, on behalf of a gay couple against the state of Texas after the couple was arrested for committing sodomy, which at the time was illegal.
That was in 2003, and consensual sex (sodomy) won because the court found that ‘moral consensus’ was not a ‘legitimate state interest’ sufficient to usurp the ‘liberty interest.’ That victory gave the LGBT leadership impetus and ever since they’ve been on a mission to exterminate morality.
At the time, it’s likely most Americans assumed the homosexual victory was insignificant because it wouldn’t impact them. I mean really, who cares if two buddies want to spend their nights together? And considering less than 3% of the American population is actually homosexual or sexually modified – many of the 97% probably assumed the ‘gay movement’ would be minimal and short lived, kind of like another movement that happens daily.
But neither of those assumptions turned out to be true because the LGBT leadership insists the world embrace their chosen sexual paths, or face hostile intimidation and expensive legal battles....

The argument was lost long ago once it became a choice between the “freedom” of the Christians vs. the “freedom” of the LGBT’s. In the abstract, they are equal opposing forces, and anti-Christian judges and “Human Rights” commissions are simply going to side with the anti-Christians every time.
And I think it’s sad that these Christian businesspeople are putting their necks on the chopping block. I don’t think it’s self-evident that hosting a “wedding” of sodomites or baking a cake with little plastic sodomites on top is actually sinful.
The gay mafia has a huge advantage over decent people. We devote the vast majority of our non-work time to our children. Since gays have far less attachment to children, at least in any positive sense, they can devote all that time to political activism - in most cases to subvert the family. Even outnumbering them fifty to one, we are outmatched in terms of time devoted to these issues.
Notice that they avoid any confrontation with islam and reserve all their carefully orchestrated hate-attacks against Christians.

GREAT point, and so true. In fact, it's true to a degree with liberals in general versus decent people in general - on all issues. In addition to LGBT, consider unions, bureaucrats, etc - they all have "work" time to agitate for their causes.

Rule of thumb —you generally get more of the behavior encouraged —and less of the behavior you punish -or encourage negatively. The problem as I see it is since the sixties revolution we have allowed the Courts to force social change in behavior that is not based upon any “greater good” but the social experiment -or the vain hope that one can force others to behave like robots and thereby control society—a greater good only for those controlling the sheep. problem is there will always be certain types who rebel against being forced to contradict what they know to be right, their right as dictated by God Himself —not by by government degcreee
