This sounds like a joke to me. An inquiry because someone died from an incurable disease.
What happens if this new guy today (white) lives ... And Duncan (black) died?

Seems to me a rudimentary interview with the guy should have turned up where he had been prior to becoming ill.
Perhaps the questions were answered and the guy lied, but there was a high level of concern regarding Ebola coming to the U. S. at that time.
Not very many things cause a 103.5 temperature. It would seem this guy should have been investigated more thoroughly.
Once he left the hospital for every ten people he exposed, they could have exposed ten others and on and on.
Sad to say, but that hospital is our front line of defense. It’s worthy of figuring out what went wrong, whether the institution is ultimately disciplined or not.
