Texas health care worker tests positive for Ebola

A health care worker at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital has tested positive for Ebola after a preliminary test, the hospital said in a statement.

Confirmatory testing will be conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta.

The doctor said SPECIFICALLY he wouldn’t classify the type of worker i.e. doctor, nurse, lab tech so we aren’t sure but we DO know this came from Duncan’s 2 nd visit and they wore full CDC protective gear.

Human error is going to come into play in these cases where healthcare workers come down with Ebola. We'll learn that the Healthcare worker erred somewhere in the procedure of dressing and or undressing from the suite etc. This was the case with the worker from Spain who had touched her face after taking care of the "dead" patients she'd been caring for.
