Get used to being hit. Punch back twice as hard.
But, try to stay in the very least intellectual while passionate.
Want to get roughed up and called names? Go to demonrat underground.
Afterward, you’ll find FR very civilized.
Those who “THINK” they are thoughtfully, intelectually, making an argument are typically neither thoughtful, or intelectual.

Well we certainly need a national conservative party and it should be modeled on the NY conservative party. The NYCP will endorse the GOP candidate if that candidate is sufficiently conservative if not they will run their own candidate and doom the GOP one to failure. That tactic used to give the NYCP a lot of influence in NY. Sadly NYC has turned so blue that the Rats always win statewide elections.

Those who engage in such tacts {and many of them are right here on FR when hotbed issues arrise} do not have facts to support their position/candidate, so they post personal attacks on anyone posting any opposition.

See how the threat of the race card causes even the strongest politicians to cower.
The name-calling is the same type of personal attack. It has several names, including the Clinton scorched earth and politics of personal destruction.
You can easily tell when a poster/propagandist is unable to post supportable data — they attack other posters rather than the contents of opposition posts.

We have a two Party System, which is why I continue to maintain that any Republican with a Pulse is better than any Fascist Democrat (that means any Democrat)...

I prefer to have the Republican Party in power and to work to change it to what Ronaldo Maximus thought it should be.
Even HE made some stupid decisions that I wouldn’t consider Conservative while he was POTUS, but I still maintain he was the finest President we could have ever had in Office.
Losing Elections to the Democrats does absolutely nothing to help the Conservative movement. People in Hell want Ice Water, but they don’t get it.

Good for you but as you know, many who want to change the direction of politics are clueless as to how to do so by entry into the process via parties and interest groups, (speaking of which the NRA has a great “good guy” message out there right now.
