LOS ANGELES – Water in Los Angeles County's Castaic Lake is so low amid California's drought that a fisherman has recovered a handgun and a badge that a federal agent lost in the water decades ago.

The agent is going to love this. He probably got reamed up and down for losing his gun and badge originally, now he gets to re-live it.

Truth be told, I don’t even recall the state in which I was fishing, when the boat containing my guns capsized.

It might have been Texas or Florida. If not one of those, it must have been Minnesota. I think. Or maybe off the coast of California.

Looks like a Smith & Wesson semi-auto, lost by a treasury agent.

No doubt, they retire in CA in their early fifties with 80,000++ per year for life...Not to mention those lotto style benefits...Nothing but the best for the kings men. Of course if this guy part was of the fed guard, it could be more, especially if he went out of med deal...Very popular.
