If Ebola patients go "underground" because they cannot immigrate to our country, their priorities are thoroughly messed up. Other than terrorists and freeloaders, I would expect sick people to go to their local doctor or stay home. How many non-terrorist people with this disease will really go "underground" because they can't come to the US? My guess - zero.
Until Ebola is controlled in West Africa, we cannot get the risk to zero here in the United States.
