From what I was able to find out it looks like she found a way to get out of a DUI; she didn’t get much for punishment.
The judge he got though looked at his rap sheet and gave him much more than the DA recommended. He did say though that this was the least serious crime the guy had been charged with. However I cannot figure out what he was initially arrested for, it was a drunk driver stop and he wasn’t driving. I think he got 90 days.
