Let me guess. There will be another several year investigation and nothing will happen.

Meanwhile if you do not answer a judges question let alone say you lost the evidence, you go to jail until you answer the question and provide the evidence.

in a case that’s shaping up as a significant battle over whether government agencies are required to keep cellphone text messages as “official” records.

These arrogant overpaid lying government AH's work for us do they not?

Are they not performing work at our expense and behalf?

Outside of national security issues, why would these rotten government SOBs not think the public has every GD right to see what they are doing and saying?

Spy on, hack, monitor, eavesdrop and conduct illegal surveillance on the American people’s cell phones, emails, landlines etc, but do not dare ask or request to see what these government employees are communicating to each other while we pay their GD salaries...

Spit*

That's an interesting way to spell FUBAR.

At a bad time in history, too. The middel East is more complicated than ever. The stakes are higher now than ever.

The wolves are at the doors.

How much longer till "the centre cannot hold" whatsoever, and those circling birds cannot be called back by anyone, Iranians, Saudis, the sultanates along the Arabian Gulf, Pakistan even.

Once a few more pieces of viciousness are empowered, I sure wouldn't want to be in Israel -- 'cuz I might not live along enough to see the skies open and The Son of Man come back with a LOUD NOISE. Boom, ever-buddy would know immediately WHO it was, even the fish of the sea shall know the Lord is God (at the risk of mixing a few bible verses together).

Not jailed. Die screaming. You won’t have to do it as often.

Unbelievable corruption in this gubbamint. Incredible fiscal mismanagement. Dissolution of constitutional separation of powers.

Spying on law abiding Americans, militarization of local law enforcement, our own government flooding this country with foreigners, overloading our infrastructure/social welfare programs.

Lawless executive attempting to bankrupt this country, pit American against American, decimate our national defenses.

Americans come 2nd, all the while these crooks in government use our tax dollars to treat illegals 1st.

If this country manages to avoid CWII, I'd be shocked.

If a republican gets in the white house in 2016 we will hear “I think we should just move on.” That’s what we heard in 2000.

As long as it keeps working, they'll keep doing it. Until somebody's held accountable and there are fearsome consequences it's just going to get worse.

My family’s been riven in twain for quite some time now. Reunion is a bad word around us.

I wish. They have a job as opposition party. Instead they collude with each other to keep the water smooth for political elites. There will be no accountability.

Whether this issue gets brought up again by Republicans will depend on how well it poll-tests with Hispanics.
