How many people did THIS guy have contact with? Well, let’s see, his wife for sure. He has at least one adult child. Everyone at the sheriff’s office. Everyone he has pulled over and given a ticket to and arrested. How many times has he touched a gas pump, a door, sniffed and pinched peaches at the grocery store and put back for the next customer, church, ...........

The purpose of the “Bring Out Your Dead” ping list (formerly the “Ebola” ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.
So far the false positive rate is 100%.
At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.
*sigh* Such is life, and death...
AIDs/HIV can be caught by blood transfusions and sharing needles, too.
Last time we flew our flight was so crowded. Hubby and I didn’t want a third person on our row of three seats. So I pretended to be sick, acted like I was about to throw up in the airsickness bag. NO ONE sat on our row, we had three seats for two people and it was great. But now with the Ebola scare I can’t pull that one again! I will be kicked off the flight
BTW some of the symptoms, throwing up, hiccups, red eye, feeling weak, etc... sounds like being drunk, or a bad hangover! I know it gets much worse after that, but a person could be drunk and thought to have Ebola, on a flight. Lots of drunks up there.
The Stand was pretty scary, saw it as a made for TV movie.
