Hi, I wasn’t able to find a human subject dosage either specifically for treating filo type viruses. I imagine if a hot zone develops near me and mine, I’ll likely go with heavier 10 milligram preventative dosage which seems to be the upper limit of this sleep hormone. I did find a Mayo clinic 35 month Alzheimer’s study which mentioned daily dosage ranges of 1 - 10 milligrams. There also is a Melatonin infused cream that is said to more readily deliver the hormone to the blood stream vs oral capsule GI tract.

A friend of mine just got over malaria. He returned from a missionary trip to Papua New Guinea and a week or so later came down with malaria. It was touch and go for a while. The local hospital had no medicine and had to treat him with quinine, the centuries old medication treatment until modern medicines could be procured...............

It appears infected West Africans only have to pay the $2500 co-pay (airline ticket to US) and they get over $500,000 in medical treatment free. Get ready for the tidal wave . They will soon discover alternate flights and arrival airports to circumvent the idiots at CDC and their “vigilance”.

I read that the NIH study suggested 20mg/day, beginning when you know you are infected and continuing thereafter until resolution.

“I read that the NIH study suggested 20mg/day, beginning when you know you are infected and continuing thereafter until resolution.”

Thank you both. Only marginally related (at best), but an alternative med doc once told me he uses 20 mg/day to treat certain kinds of cancer.

There has to be more than one two people to make a pattern... besides it takes anywhere from 2 to 21 days to come down with symptoms.

I’m assuming we’re at the point where the CDC starts lying to us about the number of people getting the disease. Blow-hard idiots always fear ‘panic’... which is nuts. It’s like they’ve watched too many Hollywood movies. In real life the problem is often that people freeze up in a bad situation and don’t do anything.

The CDC needs to stay real... people lived in concentration camps - death camps - and didn’t ‘panic’... it’s just stupid of liberal elites to use that excuse to lie.

I feel like they’re going to be spiking a lot of news at until after the election

Sure we don’t need widespread panic but widespread complacency or apathy isn’t going to do us any good either.

This will get worse because so many people are playing politics with this.

The race hustlers should not be allowed to cause more division and suffering on the backs of others

Jesse and Al are deplorable

Like the frog in the water slowly rising to a boil. I am thinking that is where we are at. When is enough enough? When they cancel the elections?

Just FYI:
Read on a local reporter twitter feed that the Dallas County Health Department told him to go to a doctor or clinic. He did call them and those were his instructions. If true, it borders on criminal negligence by the idiots at the DHD, IMHO. Tells me that these people are playing lose and dangerous with this virus.
Probably as a result of the CDC downplaying every real threat. Dangerous times.

I know what you mean. I used to listen to him in small doses. He usually rubbed me the wrong way at some point. I haven’t listened to him for a very long time, so I can’t really say what he’s like today. If this was any indication, it’s really sad.

It bothers me when decent hard working U. S. Citizens are laughed at, whey they are replaced by foreign nationals.

This isn’t simple capitalism at work. It’s the defeat of capitalism.

If we don’t employ citizens with decent enough wages, then who supports this nation, it’s infrastructure?

People who come here legally and in controlled numbers, should be incorporated into our system, but to simply allow an industry like construction to be gutted of U. S. Citizen participation, it’s very wrong.

Yes, Medvid does fall into a trap when he disses people who have legitimate concerns. It doesn’t make him look superior. It makes him look inferior.

Thanks for the comments.

They should give everyone who wants to go to a doc in a box or ER a beeper like they give you when you’re waiting at Olive Garden or Cheesecake Factor. That way you could hang in your car and not around the infected folks...

Yep! I might note for others reading that Dallas in run by a bunch of corrupt democrats...just like all of the executive branches now. Not exactly confidence building for those of us with sense.
