In Washington state we watch Seattle for entertainment and amusement.
I think we should start an initiative to fence it in now.
Such an initiative could bring the state back into the red column in 2017.

If you really want to have some fun, engage one of these idiots in a discussion about Christopher Columbus. It’s hysterical.
Last year, a young woman who is a friend of my niece mad a FB post regarding what an evil person Columbus was.
She was half Cherokee and half Polish(interestingly enough, she never mentioned American).
She told me that Columbus, after discovering America, engaged in a campaign of murder and slavery against the Native American people. He was directly responsible for the Trail of Tears, the near extinction of the Cherokee Nation and THANK GOD that the Indians got their revenge on his ilk at Little Big Horn. However, she didn’t hate all Spanish people because of him, just him.
When I informed this 30-something idiot that Columbus never even saw North America, died around 1506, was Italian, and died in Europe, you would have thought I had just murdered her dog in front of the kids.
I also politely informed her that her heritage was likely the result of a) a white female settler captured by Cherokees or b) a Cherokee woman that was sold or traded to a Polish man. I further informed her that since she was so Hell bent on blaming someone for the disrespect of half of her ancestors, the more likely group would be the Northern Europeans, (Poland included) and she should boycott Thanksgiving Day instead.
Haven’t heard a peep from her since.
