I think Karl Rove and the Gopes have been working consciously for the Democrats for a long time, ever since the Democrat Party staged a friendly takeover of the Republican Party and made it a Subdivision, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary. The Gope management invited bids and the Democrat Party was the only bidder.
They should also thank Mitch McConnell. Boehner and Prince Reebus for being a bunch of idiots.
