My husband wouldn’t believe half of what I told him from reading FR.
He used to say you can’t believe it just because it’s an internet blog. (eyeroll)
Of course when he heard the same thing on a gun forum or a couple of years later from MSM it was a different story.
He finally believes me-7 years after I joined FR

LOL, my husband is the same way and doesn’t yet think that Ebola is something we should worry about but he’s a smart man and will listen when it’s important.
He hates politics but he has me show him who to vote for because he knows I’m informed and we have the same values.
A couple years ago a friend of ours called him because he didn’t have my number and asked if he thought I would help him work on his political campaign. He told my husband that he would like him to support him but that he really needed me to work with him.
