She happens to have a dumb expression on her face, but she’s clean and well groomed— what made you think the picture shows she’s a meth addict? The freckles?

I totally disagree, I think the face she is making is one of “are you kidding me, this is the stupidest thing ever!” Before they even completed the testing she was mandated to attend drug rehab classes, and when she could not make them all, the jailed her again, for a month!
I hate lawsuits, but I hope she sues their pants off. A routine traffic stop, forced into drug rehab, for a suspicious spoon. What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty. WOW!

Not really, everyone is guilty nowadays in the eyes of a majority of LEOs. Got pulled over for touching the white line at 630am, Officer Krupke smelled pot and wanted to search my car. I laughed and said maybe 45 yrs ago if I had this car, there might be pot in it. He blew up and accused me of getting smart with him. Couldn't believe it. Told him, no thanks, you can't search my car, get a warrant. He let me sit there for 25 minutes while he did whatever in his car, then gave me a warning ticket. BTW, I am early 60s and was dressed for work(suit and tie).
LEOs have a tough job, but over the past 10 years it seems that they are not getting quality folks to do the job. I know my views on them have changed drastically over the past 10 years owing to 4 or 5 different benign instances with them.

Yeah, people should be arrested for having the wrong facial expression. Nothing about her pic is amiss to me.

The mug shot explains why they thought it was meth. Then you could go to the local Wal-Mart and expect just about everyone there to be using.

The mug shot explains why they thought it was meth. Since when is it a crime to go out in public and not wear makeup?

If you saw a photo of me with no makeup, you’d probably have some horrible things to say.
