And they say it’s a free country.

I wonder if she has any redress for false arrest.

The mug shot explains why they thought it was meth.

Sleep well, America. Sleep well. You're safety and security is in good hands.

But, just in case, get a gun.

Another example of "Driving While Poor White."

If it was a "routine" traffic stop, why was the car searched? Or did the cops just figure she was poor and stupid, and that counts as an automatic waiver of Fourth Amendment rights?

One of the better recent examples of why the notion of "qualified immunity" should be severely curtailed.

If there were justice in this world, the cops and judge would get to spend a month in jail in addition to paying huge settlements.

Okay. This is just weird.

Instant result meth test kits are available. They aren’t all that accurate, but could certainly be used onsite for screening out spaghetti sauce.

Aren’t even expensive. $20 for two, and presumably less in volume.

W T F!!!

Licking spaghetti-o residue from the inside of her car...W T F!

I’m a guy and therefore by the mere virtue of me being a guy I am a firm believer and supporter of “the 5 second rule,” but this chick takes disgusting to an entirely different level — I have never licked anything from the inside of a car, ever...W T F is wrong with this person.

Maybe they were holding her in protective custody so she wouldn’t lick the sidewalk for gum...

Georgia is crazy on some drugs. Every state has its crazy-zone. New York is crazy on guns.

But even for this crazy state, it's pretty pathetic to mistake spagetti-o's for meth.

While she was waiting for the results to come back, Huff was also ordered as part of her court arraignment to seek drug counseling.

This very ACT perpetrated by the Judge tells me that EVERY LAST PERSON involved in this FELONY KIDNAPPING, EXTORTION PLOT deserve LIFE IN PRISON. Why would ANYONE ever believe ANYTHING a COP ever has to say??

She should sue the judge too since he ordered her to get treatment when he had no proof she was using drugs. In this judges court she was guilty until proven innocent. Criminal charges should be brought against both the cops and the judge.

“While she was waiting for the results to come back, Huff was also ordered as part of her court arraignment to seek drug counseling.”

How can you be arraigned, much less ordered by the court to do anything, before there is any evidence against you?

A spoon with something on it that is “being tested” is not evidence. A police officer’s unfounded suspicion is not evidence.

This lady has a nice lawsuit payout coming, I think.
