Rights: A Ninth Circuit Court ruling that students can't wear American flag T-shirts because they may offend Mexican students celebrating Cinco de Mayo is a ridiculous yet dangerous assault on the First Amendment.
On Sept. 17, more than four years after Live Oak High School in Morgan Hill, Calif., sent students home for wearing American flag t-shirts, an 11-judge Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals panel ruled that it was the right choice, "tailored to avert violence and focused on student safety."
The decision upheld the court's three-judge ruling in February that justified the school's actions based on tensions between Mexican and American students. Past events, Judge M. Margaret McKeown wrote, "made it reasonable for school officials to proceed as though the threat of a potentially violent disturbance was real."

So what they are saying is Mexican Americans can’t control their emotions - but Americans can?
How ‘bout we send the Mexican kids home for insulting Americans by celebrating Cinco de Mayo, a holiday for a foreign power which has bled America every way they can for fifty years?
And by ‘home’, I mean home south of the border. After all, ‘Home is where the heart is’.
No sweat, I would keep my kids home every day that the school promoted another country over America. Let them deal with the reduced operating revenue when those kids miss roll call.
So, the 9th circuit has legalized and institutionalized the heckler’s veto.

Where do I find US flags to fly outside that won’t be eaten by the sunlight?
Every year or sometimes twice a year I have to replace a ripped flag that has come apart from wind and sun. Tends to be the seems between the stripes.
It was basically over when they ruled prayer and God`s Word out of the classroom and public square.
Then they ruled we had a right to kill children, then it was really over.
They are starting to rule that grown man can rub their junk together and bum one another, and now adopt children
It was over when people voted Democrat knowing all this was part of their vote.
Actually, that’s a rather good idea.
