Mob: We demand that you step down!
Police Chief: Yea! I’m with you. I demand that I step down, too!

Well that seemed to be her take on it, and who am I, a mere cracker, to dispute her?

Nixon should man up and go down there and walk with the animals.

Yeah, I feel the same way about the common cause which bonds me with my fellow beleaguered whites, but that’s practically illegal now, only for whites of course. Much less having a white public official take such a stance.

Its a government job. They don’t promote the best and brightest, they promote the most ambitious. And their ambitions usually get in the way of building competence.

Jackson was an idiot for apologizing about the body. He should have explained what all rational people know: The body remained because of the shots fired when the ME staff arrived. And when the police tried to set up a privacy screen to remove the body, the crowd tried to interfer with the removal, over the protests of the mother, who was also trying to push the loonytoons back so her son could be attended to.

The “things that are causing mistrust” are community agitators, and the “changes” needed are a paid bus ticket home and an escort to the terminal.

Actually, I really think it's counter-productive to be apologetic about anything with these people anymore, because they always, always mistake decency for weakness, and use it against you, for more gibmes (whether of material goods or more thefts of our liberty), at our expense.

Could have been those Justice Department Community Relations clowns. They’re big on moronic ideas like that.

He should have either refused, or done it in such a way as to make it clear that he was under duress.

Should have used one of these!

Why doesn’t the black community march for people such as Joan Crawford, who in all likelihood was innocent?

Oh, right. Sharpton, Jackson, Soetoro, and the rest of the liberals aren’t interested in defending anyone whose case could potentially benefit lawful gun owners, but they certainly care about murderous thugs.

Nixon does want to run for president. However, his actions with respect to Ferguson, are the equivalent of shooting himself in the foot.

I don’t think he’s going to provide much competition for anyone now.
