Eric Holder’s Rap Sheet

SEPTEMBER 26, 2014 Eric Holder’s Rap Sheet By The Editors

Eric Holder’s legal mercies have typically been reserved for Clinton donors and unrepentant terrorists, but his decision yesterday to step down as attorney general of the United States after nearly six years is an act of mercy toward the American public.

In an administration characterized by outsized misadventures — from the use of the nation’s tax bureau to suppress political opponents to the use of secret waiting lists at government hospitals that killed American servicemen — Eric Holder managed to make his Justice Department a source of special, nay, historic attention: In June 2012, Holder became the first U.S. attorney general to be held in contempt by the House of Representatives. He earned every vote.

Achieving “justice” via the Justice Department may be an intrinsically unlikely prospect, but none of Holder’s recent predecessors — Janet Reno, John Ashcroft, Michael Mukasey, even the much-maligned Alberto Gonzales — exhibited his sheer contempt for the rule of law. Much to his preference was employing the law for political purposes; or, when necessary, dispensing with the law completely.

The latter was largely Holder’s policy as chief legal counsel to the president. The duty of the attorney general has historically been to advise against unconstitutional or illegal activity; Holder instead regularly aided and abetted it. When the president unilaterally delayed deportations for a select group of illegal immigrants, Holder concocted specious legal rationales to justify it. Regular slap-downs from the Supreme Court — on the president’s unconstitutional NLRB appointees, on his contraception mandate, on his unconstitutional effort to control ministerial hiring — have proven Holder’s legal work insupportable.

Wasn’t Holder behind Waco and the Branch Davidian fiasco where all those women and children died? Janet Reno took the blame, but I think it was Holder who called the shots.

Holder is a MUCH bigger racist than any Grand Dragon ever was.
At least he has caused more damage to more people and caused more division

I don’t know why people expected anything different from Holder. He has been a corrupt Marxist criminal for some time. The fact 0bama nominated him for the office shows 0bama’s complete contempt for the Constitution and the Rule of Law.

We have become a kleptocracy under this regime.

Holder should be in GITMO awaiting his turn with the rope.

Shouldn’t Waco be blamed on Bill Clinton? Or maybe on Hillary, if she was pressuring him to take action? Janet Reno took the blame to let Bill Clinton escape it.

Yep, the bastard made his bones at Waco, working directly for Hillary.

"The same amount that will confirm him for SCOTUS?"

That's a scary prospect, but not a stretch too far for Rino's.

Fast & Furious is absolutely depraved. It relied on the murder of random innocents. Holder belongs in jail for murder and crimes against the peace

Good riddance to Eric, a cowardly rat deserting the sinking Obama ship.

Besides, Holder needs time off---to travel the world to visit his numbered offshore accounts....and to count up his holdings gained while extorting corporations and threatening prosecutions.

Holder suffered severe bouts of constipation whenever he had to actually enforce a US law......so much so he got addicted to Metamucil.

=============================================

Cong Louis Gohmert (REPUB-TX) aptly detailed Holder’s abuses of power: “I have been calling for Holder’s resignation.....he lied before members of Congress and, was held in contempt; he has obfuscated the truth and been the most partisan, partial, prejudiced, and self-pitying attorney general in my lifetime....it is frustrating to seek the truth and receive dishonesty and arrogance from the US' chief law enforcement officer.”

HOLDER'S CRIMES ARE LEGION Chipping away at US exceptionalism---our sacrosanct rule of law----is a task Obama and Holder relished. Holder's arrogant, self-serving politicization of the US justice system---colluding w/ Obama was part of the job.

As Clinton-era Asst US atty, Holder was the Clintons' errand boy---he arrogantly ignored US protocols and failed to inform L/E that tax cheat Mark Rich----- who had absconded and renounced his US citizenship----- was getting pardoned.

Senate candidate Hillary needed blocs of hyphenate votes....so Bill wielded the midnight pardon pen....latino FALN terrorists, upstate Orthodox crooks who looted Pell grants, and Mark Rich.....all got pardoned.....all facilitated by Holder.
