This is the shocking moment when a policeman shot an unarmed man during a traffic stop for not wearing a seatbelt.
Sean Groubert, 31, who as a South Carolina State Trooper at the time of the incident shot Levar Jones on September 4 on Broad River Road, in Richmond County, Columbia.
Groubert ordered Mr Jones to show his driving licence. When he reached into his car to retrieve the document, Groubert started shouting and opened fire with his semi-automatic handgun.

You obviously don’t know how to read—where did I defend him?
If he was properly trained, the cop would’ve yelled at him to get back in the car. Google Kyle Dinkhller video—seriously. Same movements were made.
Amen!
Unfortunately, I believe they are in every group.
... why did he allow the moron to get out of the car ...

What did the driver do that would cause you to call him a moron?
The cop said, “Let me see your license”.
The driver reached into his car to retrieve his license.
The cop said, “Get out of the car”.
The driver got out of the car.
The cop shot the driver.
Continuing to fire while the driver had his hands in the air and was backing away.
You are talking out of your behind; and have not seen the video.
Prosecutors have charged the cop with a felony.
They have not charged the driver with being a moron.
It's unacceptable.
I saw the video—the cop was poorly trained. He should have never told the driver to get out of the car. This is basic 101 PO training. I also called the cop a moron earlier in the thread for this.
Again, the video is EXACTLY like the fatal shooting of Kyle Dinkheller in 1998. Damn buffoon got out of his car, reached into it to retrieve a rifle, cops should NEVER allow folks pulled over to get out of their car for traffic violations unless they are already on top of them. This guy clearly wasn’t. And I guarantee you, he thought of the movements on that exact video I reference (which is why he went trigger crazy).
I hope the cop goes to jail for 20 years for this, if nothing else to serve as a lesson that he should’ve paid attention to his basic training.
