Indeed, a very good use of taxpayer resources!

But, it’s good to hear that NJ has such a low crime rate that there’s nothing else pressing for the state to pursue.

If I were one of the geezers I’d keep right on playing, in open defiance of an illegal and unjust ruling. Let them put me in jail. It would be better than a ‘retirement’ ‘home.’ I would convert to ROP in jail and get better food and treatment, then sue the state for not letting me play the game.
