Oh no...let’s just shoot him and send his corpse to his wife. Then let’s pay the victim $ 100000000 because his reaching into the car would not have endangered the officer until the shotgun actually was discharged into the cop’s chest. We need a rule that says, “Until the gun actually kills you, you must not, cannot return fire.” There we go, boys.

Saw it - the driver was a moron and the cop was jumpy - WTF - I would be on edge if I were the cop. Why did the driver act like that and the cop could have used more judgement after the first shot.
