Nah, if the GOP wins back the Senate, despite its ineptitude, it will rush through a confirmation in the lame duck session—so fewer Senators in line for eventual reelection will have to vote in favor of Barry’s nominee.

"Could" being the operable word. Do you REALLY believe that the same GOPe that has bent over and grabbed its ankles for six years of Obama will suddenly take action to oppose him?

Probably will happen during the lame duck, Reid will use the the nuke option to get whoever it is to be confirmed
