Nah, if the GOP wins back the Senate, despite its ineptitude, it will rush through a confirmation in the lame duck session—so fewer Senators in line for eventual reelection will have to vote in favor of Barry’s nominee.

See my post #68. Under Reid, it only takes 51 to confirm cabinet positions. If, and it is a big If, the Reps take the Senate, you can expect a flood of confirmations during the lame duck session.
If you will recall, Harry Reid unilaterally changed the Senate rules so the Republican minority cannot block any of Obama's appointments.
If the Republicans retake the Senate in the November elections, Reid can and will push through confirmation of Holder's far left wing replacement before the end of the year without a single Republican vote.
I expect that a flood of far left wing liberal appointments will be confirmed after the elections and before the end of the year. The far left wing judicial appointments will be legislating from the bench for the next 30 years.
