I don’t ever remember polling results that bad for a president. Even if it’s not the worst, it’s got to be close to the worst in US history.

I sent them an email the other day and wrote:
“There are only 3 options possible regarding your Presidential Approval polling:
1. You are right and all other pollsters are completely incompete.
2. You are an arm of the Democrat party and making up numbers.
3. You are completely incompetent.
So, which is it?”
Rasmussen polling has not responded as of yet.

The “Filtered to 100% of Respondents” comment is interesting. I have never seen that in a poll before. It could mean that the “don’t know”, “no comment”, “left blank”, etc., responses were removed. These usually include a number of respondents in most polls. It would also mean that Obama’s job approval numbers would be lower by nearly as many respondents as were “filtered” out.
