Hmmmmm... I just saw World War Z. Lots of biting going on to infect other people. The movie is geared to the 12 year old mind but still gave me something to think about

Every government worth its salt in epidemiology desperately wants one or more “living test tubes” of Ebola.

The problem is that just a sample of the virus may not behave “in vitro”, in say a test tube, the same way it behave “in vivo”, in the body. Plus, only a living subject can generate antibodies that will fight it.

Speed is of the essence.

Regarding his pic; one of our phtotshop savvy members should take that pic, enlarge the grey background, and the enlarge his Afro haircut to about ten times the size of his head! I’d laugh like crazy!

A doctor goes in to examine an unruly young patient.

Unable to make any progress, the doctor gets ready to leave but makes a departing comment to the patient: “Bite me!”

And the patient did.

I kind of liked te Zombies from the TV show “The Walking Dead” better. They aren’t fast like WWZ, but they are very silent, an can sneak up on you if you aren’t careful. I found it hard to believe that some parts of the world were left at the end of WWZ, especially when they totally owned the city of Philadelphia in a few minutes.
