Turkey and Qatar are close allies of ISIS, and we are close allies of Turkey and Qatar.
We trained and supplied “moderate” FSA rebels who wiped out Christian villages and blew up churches.
Many of them later joined ISIS.
ISIS miraculously found a HUGE usa weapon cache in Iraq before we could sabotage it or do anything about it.

Oh yeah and how about the story that the new moderates Obama will be training to fight ISIS already have a standing peace treaty with ISIS? Never heard the followup to that story.

Anyone who thinks our intelligence agencies are squeaky clean is either stupid or naive. We’ve been destabilazing governments, forming questionable alliances, and burning the revolution candle at both ends almost as long as the KGB has been doing it. We’re just not as good as the ruskies at it.
WOW, Ya think, just because Christopher Stevens was running arms through Turkey to the Syrian rebels who later turned out to be ISIS and are working towards an Islamic caliphate, why would anyone see this as a CIA conspiracy? /sarc

May be that the Iraqis are the only ones that have common sense and have grasped reality.

Well the CIA (at the behest of Obama) did arm them.
There is probably some truth to this. ISIS emerged from the anti-Assad revolution. Obama pretty clearly wanted to help the rebels in public and probably did so in private. Benghazi was probably a gun running operation to the folks who are now ISIS. And if you look at the big picture, Obama has sided with radical muslims against secular states at every opportunity (Al Qaeda vs Libya, Muslim Brotherhood vs Egypt, Iran’s rulers vs revolting students, the group that became ISIS vs Assad).
So it’s at least a reasonable hypothesis that Obama’s CIA was deeply involved in creating and funding the groups that became ISIS. It’s a far less crazy conspiracy theory than the 911 truthers.

The CIA has been fully in charge since at least JFK, around the time the house of Saud could afford to purchase the great satan as it's strong arm. We've been little more than Saudi mercenaries since.
Translation: no one trusts Obama.
That is the truth. Domestically, or in foreign lands, no one in a position of leadership trusts Obama.
Whereas with Bush, one may not LIKE him, but at least they TRUSTED him because he was, essentially, a man of his word.
Obama? a shifting pile of sand and water. Unstable and untrustworthy. To put it another way: a liar.
