He’ll walk; he has the protective coloration. Sure he will. But I don't think it will be because of skin color. It will because he's a "green" bicyclist. He doesn't contribute to global warming, etc. The metrosexual urban elites love that sort of thing.
If he had been a working guy driving a truck, that would be different.
