The National Security Advisor of the United States did something astonishing yesterday. In the middle of a reporter’s questioning, she bolted from the podium of the White House pressroom, saying, “Nice to see you,” fleeing a situation she evidently was unable to cope with.
The question that caused Ms. Rice to flee was a fairly simple one: whether or not the president has authorized the bombing of targets in Syria. Rice responded multiple times that the timing of strikes would not be released, but that was not the question at hand, and reporters pressed her on whether her boss had authorized strikes.

Watch the video (on Breitbart). Before the question was asked the press aide can be heard saying “last question, last question”. The question was asked and answered, and then Rice left, smiling.

Not to mention all the Muslims he has brought into his staff. It’s actually quite comical.
I like to bounce around in time - seeing events of the past as happening right now and seeing current events as though they are ancient history. I’ve both cried over ancient events and laughed hysterically over current event tragedy.
Sure, this is a tragedy, but a well deserved one. In a democracy you not only get the government you want. You get the government you deserve. Didn’t vote for it? Do what I did and follow Revelation 18:4. But more importantly, know that this life is a mist and not unlike a video game or The Matrix, and eternity is what is truly real. The cares of this world will pass away, as will this world.
It’s basically made of only two things:
1. Nothing
2.The will of God
Take away the second and what do you have?
