Benghazi, ObamaCare, Fast & Furious, the IRS scandal, the NSA, Solyndra, appointed czars, the James Rosen affair, and the illegal children’s exodus into the U.S. are just some the issues that show how Obama has become an imperial president. The president has decided when to enforce immigration laws, advantageously delayed ObamaCare, and micromanaged the economy, as well as attack the Supreme Court, Congress, and the sovereign states. He does this while proclaiming he is the voice of the people, yet he encroaches upon their rights. American Thinker interviewed Shapiro about his book and its premises.

A crime has been committed and is continuing.
One has to stop it and he advocates not to.
My opinion: too little too late.
Obama will go down in history as our Fraud/Liar President. A good example of evil in high places.
I don’t agree with guy either. FAILURE to punish this criminal - and criminal he is - will set a precedent for future tyrants. He needs to be impeached, tried for treason, convicted, and sentenced as a warning.

True enough and it will also go down in history that the stupidity of American voters ELECTED HIM TWICE.
It's just as sad a commentary on Americans voters as it is his on him and the Democrats who selected him as THEIR leader.

There is a concept discussed in the Bible about allowing evil to reach full fruition before it is taken out. If someone had assassinated Hitler in 1936, he would be remembered today as a great man who saved Germany.
This evil today needs to play out to the end of the final act. It’s gonna cost all of us dearly, but such is life.
He needs to be criminally convicted outside the political arena but I have no doubt that the American people will let it slide.
We should try him for treason.
He needs to be arrested and imprisoned.
My guess is that the gutless, spineless GOP-e will do absolutely nothing for the following reasons:
1. They fear the blacks rioting and looting (like they do at every opportunity);
2. They do not want to face Idiot Joe Biden as an incumbant in 2016 ;
3. Big business wants continued open borders for cheap illegal alien labor;
4. Little Johhny Boehner has become more of a liberal dimocrap than most dems.
he’s wrong...if you change laws to make it easier to sue an administration....conservatives wont use it, but the leftist scum will.
As much as I would like to get rid of this LIAR IN CHIEF, I would also wouldn’t like it, if the Republicans decided to impeach him. 1) There aren’t enough people in Congress and the Senate that has the “COJONES” to carry it through. 2) To try to impeach this “LIAR IN CHIEF”, the first “BLACK PRESIDENT”, would only impair the republican party for years to come. I would rather see the republican house and senate to take away the money for everything this LIAR IN CHIEF has in mind to do.
Obstruction of justice will eventually take this Administration down...

Impeachment says this is a political problem. This is not a political problem, but a criminal problem.

The precedent it sets for ignoring the future abuses that will occur can accelerate the destruction of the Republic.
Not impeaching “Obama” is simply the final act of surrender.
We the People of the United States have certain sovereign powers. We delegated some of them to a Congress of the United States in 1788.
Exercising our powers, the ones that we delegated to them, makes the scum who make up the Congress nervous, because in the proper exercise of these powers, they make some people angry or upset. Angry, upset people pose a threat to their continuance in office, a job which confers security and great wealth on any who hold it.
So, beginning with the abdication in 1913 of the Money Power, Congress has slowly been transferring OUR powers which we delegated to them to unelected and therefore invulnerable entities, which we cannot control.
This process is now nearly complete.
