Canadensis, Pennsylvania (CNN) -- Police in Pennsylvania appeared to be closing in Friday night on the suspect in the slaying of a state trooper.
Police have surrounded a home where they believe Eric Matthew Frein is believed to be hiding, a local government official told CNN. The home, which was broken into, is not far from Frein's family home in Canadensis, Pennsylvania, in the Poconos Mountains. Don’t know what’s under the house because I’m not sure of the house number.
However, I looked the street up, and the area is densely wooded, with some modern homes sprinkled with what looks like mobile homes/double wides.

Ironically, perhaps, there is a monastery nearby.

I hope any murderer is caught, but why is the attention on this nut greater than that upon those who have killed dozens?

An officer told in a press conference that “this is
the guy who shot the state troopers.”
They screwed themselves because they declared the guy guilty first before going to trial- this should be real fun getting out of their -”oopps firgot- ALLEGED SHOOTER”> innocent before proven guilty is thrown out the window here.. They are thinking with their anger, not their law logics. They shot themselves in the foot and the judge will throw out evidence.

Hopefully there will be no need for a trial.

the POS was in jail here in 2006 after he pleaded guilty to Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 5th Degree, a Class A misdemeanor, for Grand Larceny and Burglary in the theft of World War II memorabilia and uniforms at a war re-enactment gathering outside Odessa

The guy is totally in control if he wants a trial... all he has to do is walk out of the woods with his hands up. Any passing vehicles would call 911, plenty of witnesses would stop and watch, and there would be a peaceful arrest.

I hope they do firebomb it. A good house fire costs less than life in prison for this dirtbag.

They better be really sure this is the place

I’m not sure this would queer any trial... the problem happens if the prisoner is not found guilty, in which case he can sue for such things as perp walks.

I don’t think they will find him in a bldg. This guy will be in the woods, and there are a lot of woods there.
