Most religiously serious Jews see past the superficiality of Democrats. Problem is, that is a minority.
My sister-in-law, who is Jewish and was raised in a liberal Democrat family, has gradually become a conservative on all issues except abortion (give her time). She’s a registered independent but votes Republican. I always knew she was too smart to be a Democrat.
