I'll tell you why. I searched for stories like this to drive the point home that violent women can cause serious injuries, and I remembered this case from a few years ago.

Do I know of any woman who couldn’t do that? It depends. If the guy if asleep or immobilized, I’m sure most any woman could. But it’s a pretty easy thing to defend against.

You don’t think you could defend yourself against the average woman? I would hope you could. If not, I feel sorry for you.
