Conservative Republican Assemblywoman Michele Fiore of Las Vegas invited a few extra guests Tuesday night to the regular pasta dinners she has for constituents.

The meal was the last official stop for a group of young conservatives traveling the country — visiting battleground states such as Nevada first — as part of a $1 million campaign to get the national Republican Party to support gay marriage in its party platform in 2016. The group has been to Iowa and New Hampshire. South Carolina is the next stop.

Nevada already is ahead of the curve, said Tyler Deaton, campaign manager of Young Conservatives for the Freedom to Marry. That’s because the Nevada Republican Party at its state convention in April stripped its party platform of language that defined marriage as between a man and a woman, leading the nation on the issue

I was starting to buy the gay marriage message but then the gays started targeting Christians who didn’t want to celebrate their union. It was then I choose Religious freedom over gays marrying cause marriage isn’t a right but Religious freedom is a right.

They aren't Republicans if this minuscule issue is the #1 agenda item. They are activists seeking to chart the course running one item only. They are for the 1%ers (of a different color). Their goal is not to turn out Republican votes in 2016.

Years ago I had no problem with homosexuals so long as they kept it in the bedroom, but now they have to force others to accept them and now they target anyone who disagrees with them.

Now I will never accept their sham or their radical agenda and the lies they told us all about just wanting to to have civil unions was all a crock of B/S

The same Occupants who pushed up Ron Paul in the 2012 election and wanted to takeover the convention?

With as screwed up as the country is, if THIS is the so-called “young conservatives’” top issue, then they aren’t really conservative.

That is the difference between us and the Marxist party. They will take anybody that will vote for their party.

We are the conservative party. They are the anti-conservative party.
See the difference?

They will work with voters that agree with them in some areas.
We will only work with voters that agree with us in all areas.

then they’re not conservatives , but liberaltarians they are.

And they are as big a threat to America as any other type of liberal.

Also I never see these pro-gay marriage Conservative groups defend the Religious freedom of Christians being sued by gays. That tells me these aren’t genuine Conservatives.

That they make THIS their number one issue which affects less than 2% of the population screams loudly that they don’t care about economics, foreign policy, employment, borders, national security, etc.

What next? Accepting the moonbat argument against capitalism (that it is destroying the planet and we must submit to Gaia)?

If they want to push this agenda (in the legislature, not the courts), then take it up with Congress. The Presidential planks are not the place.

Even the Dummycraps didn’t do it that way. Obama knew he’d lose the black church going voters if he didn’t lie to them and say he couldn’t go there with regards to approving of same sex marriage (civil unions YES marriage NO).

That’s something else which gets to me.

How these homosexuals go after bakers etc knowing that they have their religious beliefs, and then sue them
