Ah, yes, the old “ongoing investigation” gambit. The problem with that (or the genius, depending upon where you are on the corruption spectrum) is that when almost everything is under investigation almost all of the time, no information ever comes out, and the investigations never end.
In essence, since there is an ongoing investigation, he referred the question to the people conducting the investigation.

The appropriate response to that is, “We’re conducting an investigation, too, and you have, or have access to, information and documents that will assist US. Go ahead and conduct your investigation, and we look forward to hearing from you, but in the meantime you’ll need to cooperate with our investigation.”

I don’t believe anyone could find a video of where Brennan or Obama speak as fondly of Christianity as they do islam.
It just doesn’t exist.
And that seems to be this Administration's MO. Do an investigation that drags on for years so that questions don't have to be answered. The Justice department is investigating the IRS. The Justice department is invoking Executive Privilege when it comes to Fast and Furious documents in Federal Court. The State Department created an ARB to investigate Benghazi........................
The fact that they did not immediately cut off all CIA funding tells you how thoroughly neutered they are.
That’s was life vest... He didn’t want to rat out the Administration.
If Bush did this, then media would have gone crazy.
Or how about arrest him on the spot with all the media to see to flash their bulbs. Then charge him with contempt.
One of the first strategies of this lawless regime was to illegally fire any inspectors general who wouldn’t do what “the master” told them to do. Gerald Walpin is one example among about 5 who were fired right away, to clear the way for the lawlessness that would ensue once a stooge was put in as watchdog (which was the same thing they did with Obama’s passport showing him a foreigner; the “stooge” who oversaw the sanitizing of Obama’s passport file was..... JOHN BRENNAN. He did so well at that corrupt stooge job that Obama put him in as Stooge-in-Chief, National Security Advisor.) When Congress allowed the regime to fire Gerald Walpin (and the others like him) we should have all known the country was over. That set the stage for everything that was to come. It was a PLANNED break-in and they made sure that all the security alarms were disabled before they did the dirty they had been planning all along, since before Obama was illegally placed in the White House as a foreign enemy combatant.
They are not being bullied, they are complicit.
