I hope you are right about Kobach being re-elected easily, but the media in this state are sure crowing about Kobach trailing in the polls (as well as Brownback and Roberts).

Although Kobach is enforcing state law, I don't look for the KS Supremes to rule in his favor. A majority of the justices are Sebelius appointees. As is with Democrats everywhere all the time, its all about politics, not justice.
