U.S. Congresswoman Lois Frankel just bought herself a nice condo in downtown West Palm Beach — and she got a hell of a deal....

Frankel’s campaign...does claim she turned downtown West Palm Beach around when she ran the city...

With her recent purchase, Frankel’s now living in District 22. Good thing, since she wants to be elected for another two years in Washington, D.C....

Margi Helschien, spokeswoman for Paul Spain, Republican candidate for the seat, says she smells a rat.

“Either this is a sweetheart deal, or proof of Lois’ failed downtown strategy, including the Digital Domain disaster. Either way, it stinks.”

Rooftop pool, beautiful view....another story of Demon Rat benefits after they ruin the economy.

Florida is THICK with media, but Jose Lambiet is the ONLY GUY who has picked up on this story.

Got bias?

Anyone wanna take bets that the neighborhood suddenly becomes VERY prestigious after some government policies allow development and revitalization?

A government job is the thing to have in this economy.

Business is booming.

“the foul-mouthed Democratic politician paid $330,000 for the two-bedroom, 1,400-square-foot crib ... The original owner, AnnMarie Palma, bought the place in 2006 — for $464,000!”

So she bought a condo at less than it sold for, new, at the tippy tippy top of the biggest housing bubble in our history. That by itself says absolutely nothing to me.

He’s going to have to do better than that. It’s journalistic malpractice for him not to include “comps” of recent sales.

Well, it’s good the former (hapless) owner was willing to redistribute his wealth.

Who cares if it is at market rates. Do you think a Republican would get kid glove treatment on a 35% reduction on a condo?

Let's keep this in perspective, it is not like they where saying her special needs child was born to someone else or that her service in the National Guard was fraudulent and made up documents to ‘prove’ it.

These people are the scum of American society. We have allowed them to push agenda's that a generation ago would be unthinkable. We do this because of fear. Fear to look like we are mean, fear to be against the perceived ‘majority’ opinion.

We either fight them, as unfairly as they fight us, or we die. That includes the Jihadist scum in Islam and the Democrat Scum in DC and our own backyard. The damage the Democrat party has done to society should cause them to be branded as a crime syndicate.

I agree. The price seems reasonable. I’d be more interested in the details of the home she sold for a considerable gain Even that would not be suspect if she had it for a long time.

Sounds a little over-priced to me. I bought a townhome in Palm Beach county last year for $170K... 2100 Sq ft, 3 bedroom 2 bath, pool and so on... it's rented out now.

We've been shopping all over the county for a little condo for our disabled son (and are finally under contract now)... 1-bedroom places (around 1,000 sq ft) are going for $60K-$80K.
