This type of discipline was far more common 50 years ago than it is today.
There were far more civilized children growing up 50 years ago.
Today the term ‘feral human’ is understood by most, because we have so many.

And I’m still soft by how I was reared
Most younger parents I see just blab and talk crap
Especially the moms...who run the homes anyhow today
This is middle to upper middle class America today
