Agree. No four year old should be switched multiple times until he bleeds. Nobody should be subjected to that.
A firm swat to the butt, open handed, one time worked for me.
An adult who loves their child would not beat them that many times to the point of bleeding. I don’t care how old the kid is - that’s not right.

I agree completely - some kids need that swat on the butt, some can be talked to and understand what they did wrong. I have no problem with a swat - repeatedly hitting a child with any object, enough to cause what he did to that 4 year olds legs is disgusting.
