I agree completely - some kids need that swat on the butt, some can be talked to and understand what they did wrong. I have no problem with a swat - repeatedly hitting a child with any object, enough to cause what he did to that 4 year olds legs is disgusting.
It wasn’t just his legs, he got him on the scrotum. Hopefully that wasn’t cut too.
