I can see this “law” being converted into regulations to control every aspect of your life in one way or another. Convert everyone into Vegans with no sugar in the diet to keep flatulent emissions down to a minimum. Get a special permit to ingest sugar but only under the care and supervision of an Obamacare approved liberal physician. Vehicles will be electric and have to be charged daily which will astronomically raise your electric bill however they will have no power to climb steep hills or travel beyond 100 miles without a 4 hour charging period.

Personally I don’t see how in future administrations, Congresses we should care what, or how the rest of the signors to such an agreement would think, or react. This administration is known as a rogue administration operating outside the boundaries of its Constitutional limits, and if the other Nation States sign on to such foolery as this Climate Change Accord thinking it’s etched in stone, it’s their problem.

The only true “greenhouse gas emission” is H2O/water vapor, it’s the main culprit of global warming and what made Venus a greenhouse planet, but Al Gore can’t really scam another half billion by regulating the ocean can he, so let’s go to where the money is - oil which gives off those carbons even though the percentage of CO2 barely registers at 0.04% in the atmosphere which is why they call it a “trace gas”, or methane which is such a ridiculously small amount you have to read off 4 zeros before you get any kind of reading: 0.00017% That is such a small amount that if you drank a glass of water with 0.00017% cyanide in it you would live and these asstards want us to believe it is heating up the earth? BS!

A little bit of side question: when did we start using international agreements which require half the House and half the Senate rather than the Constitutionally prescribed use of treaties which require 2/3 of the Senate? I know NAFTA wouldn’t have gotten the 2/3 vote in 1993, but I don’t know enough of its legislative history to know if it was tried as a treaty at first. <p.
