I may have got the term wrong (probably did). Could have been dal ar Sallam/al dar sallam/Dar al sallam. Something to that effect. But ‘peace of islam’ aka everyone else dead/converted was the definition I remember being attached to it, whatever it was.

Salaam is peace. Dar es Salaam (Harbour of Peace) is a port city in Tanzania.

You are referring to religious term Dar Ul Islam = the house of Islam, i.e. regions of the World where Islam rules. In the meaning of submission, submit or die.

Islamists call the unconquered World where they do not rule for now Dar Al Harb (lit. House of War).

When living in Dar Ul Islam, Muslims must follow Sharia law. When living in Dar Ul Harb, they live like undercover Muslims, pretending to be liberal until they reach 10% of census when they openly ask for rights and protection against perceived segregation. When they reach 20% of the population they wage war. Seen in all conflicts so far.

This dynamic is quite chilling. For starters read about taqiyah.

They are incompatible with any other form of government.

What I can not tell for the life of me is why the Powers that be support their conquest.
