When I was stationed in Fort Gordon, GA my platoon SGT, 1SG, Company CO, Battalion CO, Battalion CSM, Regimental CSM and Regimental CO were all black.
Most every EO rep in EVERY unit I’ve been in has been black. If not black they were either Asian or a female.

Same during my career in the Air Force. . .all EEOC offices were staffed exclusively with Blacks, females, some sort of minority. . .or a combination thereof. As a White male, how could you expect a fair investigation from such a lynch-mob? You can’t. The EEOC office was there only to determine the length of the rope to hang you, not to investigate if you were to be hanged to begin with.
