The OSHA fine for that is stiff.....
You cannot repurpose bleach in an different container....
A spray bottle yes....something that held another liquid....big fine...
Imagine if this idiot mixed bleach and ammonia by accident in a unlabeled container....
The coroner might have been there instead of the emt...

"A kitchen worker on her first day at the job mistakenly picked up a
repurposed gallon milk container to fill cups for the children and did not realize there was a label on it saying mixed bleach and water."
Not excusing the kitchen worker's screw up, but Rule #1 in a food prep setting is that you do NOT store bleach or any other dangerous substance in a "repurposed" food container!
The new hire isn't the only one who needs to be fired here.

Meant a “COFFEE CAN” full
Dumped entire pail (several gallons) in tank
Had a car fire that day - when opened up line wall of foam came out . Car fire put out quick, road full of foam......

No one with a normal sense of smell should accidentally use bleach in place of anything, and the same goes for most cleaning products to a significant degree.

It was bleach and water mixed in a milk bottle. She didn’t notice it was clear instead of white when she poured it. And the people who drank it didn’t notice it was clear instead of white and smelled like bleach instead of milk. How stupid can one be?
